Marc Levinson, CMCA, AMS is the General Manager of The Philadephian and a member of CAI’s Keystone Chapter.
Marc is the founder and CEO of HomeRun IQ, which delivers cloud-based financial tools for multi-unit properties and their provider partners. These data powered tools improve property financials, reduce total costs, and mitigate risk.
Marc is a recognized industry thought leader wanting communities to treat and value their properties as assets. He has presented on financial matters at CAI national and other regional conferences. He has been published in industry journals and involved in industry research efforts. Most recently, he was part of the Surfside industry task force shaping new policies and legislation.
Marc is a seasoned Silicon Valley executive delivering innovative solutions in complex markets for more than 20 years across industry-leading companies. Marc holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School, MS in Mechanical Engineering from MIT and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
Jared Tunnell
Jared Tunnell oversees the Associating Banking business at National Cooperative Bank, N.A. (NCB). Based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, Tunnell manages the bank’s lending and deposit products and services offered to Condominiums and Homeowners Associations across the United States.
Jared previously served as Vice President at FirstService Financial (FFI), a subsidiary of FirstService Residential, where he managed payment processing services, bank relationships and loan brokerage engagements throughout the United States.
Prior to FFI, he was the founder of Residential Technology Management, Inc, a startup in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania offering work flow, security and financial software as a service to multi-family real estate operators.
Mr. Tunnell has been an active industry participant for over 20 years. He is a frequent speaker, volunteer and content provider for various chapters of the Community Association Institute (CAI) and advises several startup companies within the industry.
