Christopher R. Lanni is a seasoned security management and risk advisor with over 30 years of experience. He is the president and founder of Secure Residential Services, which is an independent advising firm. During the past 20 years, he has focused on assessing and identifying security risks, developing and implementing security-related programs, and assessing the use and deployment of security-related technologies to address those risks in residential communities and within the field of community management. He also has worked with Barkan Management for 20 years and is currently serving as their internal security and risk advisor providing services to a portfolio of 150 properties and numerous projects under development.
Chelsea Stormes holds her CMCA and insurance producer license in Texas. She serves as the Assistant Vice President at Alliant Insurance in Houston. Prior to Alliant, Chelsea served as an onsite General Manager at a large residential high-rise condominium in central Houston. In addition to her onsite management job, Chelsea chaired the Houston High-Rise Advisory Council comprised of 35 Houston area high rise condominium managers. She is also extremely active in the local Houston community, including the Houston Rodeo.
