For more than two years, we’ve been coping with the COVID-19 pandemic. We’ve made difficult decisions regarding masks, vaccines, amenities, distancing, and more. Today, we’re facing labor and supply shortages, inflation, rising gas prices, and anxiety about the war in Ukraine. Community associations have been remarkably resilient in the face of such challenging times. How much of that comes at the cost of the mental health of residents, board members, and managers? How is a community association supposed to cope with the stress and discord that we face today?
Join our panel of experts as they share their experiences in dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic and offer techniques to help you handle the stresses of this environment on a personal, professional, and community level.
