Presenter

Elina Gilbert, Esq., has practiced community association law for 22 years with Altitude Community Law, P.C., in Lakewood, Colo., with an emphasis on transactional issues such as insurance, document amendments, and real estate matters. Elina is a frequent speaker on both the local and national levels, including for CAI Community Association Law Seminars, attorney courses through the National Business Institute, national webinars through HOALeader.com, and state classes and webinars through local CAI chapters. Elina was inducted into CAI's College of Community Association Lawyers in 2010.

Arielle Hansford, CMCA, AMS, PCAM is the vice president, high-rise division with FirstService Residential, where she provides leadership and operational oversight for management teams and communities in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area. She has more than 17 years of community management experience and has managed a wide variety of associations. She is an active volunteer with the Washington Metropolitan Chapter of Community Associations Institute (WMCCAI) since 2007 and is a past president of the Chapter. Hansford has presented at numerous education programs and webinars for board members and community managers and has authored multiple articles for WMCCAI's magazine, Quorum.
