The COVID-19 pandemic served as a catalyst for community association boards to conduct meetings and business online. Even today, more community associations are offering a virtual option. Participants will hear an overview of virtual meetings and where, when, and how they can and should be conducted. The presentation will address format and technology concerns as well as considerations of when electronic meetings are authorized and whether they make sense.
